Our VISION

Is to bring about a change for the better in the lives of the under privileged and economically backward people in India.

Our MISSION

Is to address poverty by assisting the poor, address disease by caring for the sick and address vulnerability in children by transformation through education and sustainability.

Our History

Our parent organization, NASA is a Christian Relief and Development Organization established to care for those considered  ‘untouchables’ or Dalits in India. NASA has considerably grown to embrace the larger issues of community development since its inception in 1985. NASA currently operates in 500 villages in East Godavari and Visakhapatnam districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Dalits were considered ‘Untouchables’, and for centuries have been stigmatized by Indian caste system as unclean, ignorant and beneath contempt. Most of them are illiterate, homeless, vulnerable and exploited. 90% of them still live below poverty line.
